1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of all services offered by the 932bet platform, including Sports Betting (football, Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, CONMEBOL Libertadores, Premier League, and other competitions), slots, poker, Live Casino, e-sports, and any other products the platform may offer.

By creating an account, making a deposit, accepting a bonus, or using any feature on 932bet, you confirm that:

• Has read and understood these Terms and Conditions in full;
• Has legal capacity to enter into this agreement (18 years of age or older and not legally incapacitated);

2Eligibility and Registration

To create an account on 932bet and access the platform's services, users must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age as of the registration date;
• Hold a valid CPF issued by the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service (Receita Federal);
• Be residing in or physically located in Brazil at the time of using the platform;
• Not be an employee, partner, or first-degree relative of an employee of 932bet or any of its partner game providers;
• Must not have had a previous account closed due to a terms violation.

Registration requires accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full legal name as it appears on your ID, date of birth, CPF, email address, and mobile number. 932bet may request additional documents at any time for identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer), especially before processing withdrawals.

Each individual may hold only one active account at 932bet. Duplicate accounts linked to the same CPF, IP address, device, or payment method are automatically flagged by the system and may be closed without prior notice.

3User Account

After registration, the user gains exclusive access to their account by logging in with their email and password. Your password must be kept strictly confidential — 932bet will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you suspect your account has been accessed by someone else, change your password immediately and contact support.

The user is fully responsible for all activity carried out on the account, including bets, deposits, and withdrawals made while the account is logged in, regardless of who performed the action. 932bet is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by the user's own negligence with their credentials.

• Use strong passwords combining letters, numbers, and special characters;
• Do not share your account access with anyone else, including family members;
• Always log out when using shared devices;
• Keep your registered email and phone number up to date to ensure account recovery access;
• Enable two-factor authentication whenever it is available on the platform.

932bet may temporarily suspend an account for a security review if unusual activity is detected, such as a login from a location far from the user's usual one, multiple incorrect password attempts, or an atypical transaction volume in a short period.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

932bet accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: Pix (primary method), boleto bancário, credit and debit cards (Visa and Mastercard), Mercado Pago, and PicPay. All transactions are processed exclusively in Brazilian reais (R$). Foreign currencies and international payment methods are not accepted.

Deposits

• Minimum deposit amount: R$ 20.00;
• Pix deposits are processed within 60 seconds of bank confirmation;
• Boleto deposits may take up to 3 business days to clear;
• Credit card deposits are subject to approval by the card issuer;
• 932bet charges no fees on deposits — your bank or financial institution may apply its own charges independently.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawals are processed exclusively to bank accounts held in the name of the registered 932bet account holder;
• Pix is the preferred method and withdrawals are processed within 5 minutes of approval;
• 932bet may request verification documents before processing withdrawals above a certain amount;
• Withdrawals that include bonus balances are subject to rollover requirements being met;
• The platform charges no fees on Pix withdrawals.

5Bonuses & Promotions

Each promotion has specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, which complement — and in the event of conflict, take precedence over — the general terms of this section.

General rules applicable to all 932bet bonuses:

• Deposit bonuses are subject to a rollover requirement (wagering multiplier) before they can be withdrawn;
• The standard rollover for the welcome bonus is 30 times the bonus amount received;
• Bonuses may only be used within the stated validity period — expired bonuses are automatically cancelled;
• 932bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel promotions at any time, without entitling the user to any compensation;
• Wagers placed with bonus balance on games with a reduced rollover contribution are calculated proportionally according to the contribution table by game type;

Users who currently have or have previously held an account with 932bet are not eligible for the welcome bonus. The bonus is exclusive to the first deposit on a newly created account.

6Sports Betting

Sports Betting on 932bet covers football (Brasileirão Série A and B, Copa do Brasil, CONMEBOL Libertadores, Premier League, Champions League, and dozens of other competitions), as well as volleyball, basketball (NBB), MMA/UFC, e-sports, and more. Bets are accepted before matches begin (pre-match) and while matches are in progress (live).

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled by the user, except when the cash out feature is available and active;
• Bets placed after an event has actually started will be voided and the amount returned to your balance, even if the system accepted the bet due to a delayed update;
• Obvious odds errors (clearly incorrect odds resulting from a technical failure) may be voided by 932bet even after confirmation — the wagered amount is returned to the account balance;
• Cancelled or unfinished games within 24 hours have their bets voided and stakes returned, except where the competition's specific rules indicate an official result;
• For accumulator bets, if one selection is voided, the remaining selections stay valid and the odds are recalculated accordingly.

Cash out allows users to settle a bet before the final result. The cash out value is calculated in real time based on current odds and may be higher or lower than the original stake. 932bet reserves the right to suspend cash out during periods of market instability or technical failure.

7Slots and Casino Games

The slots and casino games available at 932bet are provided by internationally licensed suppliers such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Hacksaw Gaming, Play'n GO, and others. • Intentional chip dumping (deliberately transferring chips to another player) is prohibited and monitored by the security system;

• In the event of a disconnection during a tournament, the system applies a time-limited protection mode. Once that time expires, the hand is folded automatically.

9Prohibited Conduct

932bet continuously monitors platform activity to detect behavior that violates the Terms of Use or compromises the integrity of games. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of bonus balances:

• Creating multiple accounts to accumulate bonuses or circumvent limits;
• Using another person's identity, CPF, or information to create an account;
• Money laundering or using the platform for any illegal purpose;
• Financial transaction fraud (undue chargeback, fraudulent reversal);

10Account Closure

Users may request voluntary account closure at any time through live chat or email support. Before closure, all available balances must be withdrawn — unclaimed balances are held for 90 days awaiting a request from the account holder. After that period, they are absorbed by the platform unless otherwise required by law.

932bet may close or suspend an account in the following situations:

• Violation of any clause in these Terms and Conditions;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity;
• Providing false information during registration or verification;

13Changes to the Terms

The most current version of these Terms and Conditions is always available on this page, with the date of the latest update shown in the header. 14Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. In the event of any dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of this agreement, both parties elect the courts of São Paulo — SP as the competent jurisdiction to resolve any controversy, expressly waiving any other venue, however privileged.
